Q. Can you shoot anywhere in Japan?

As a rule, shoots are handled by our in-house team in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka. We also produce videos using client-supplied assets or AI-generated assets. We generally do not offer on-location shoots outside our studio. For clients where shooting is difficult, we offer asset-supplied production so you can order with confidence.

Q. Can you cast talent for the videos?

As a rule, this service is a plan in which our in-house team handles everything from planning to on-screen talent, shooting and editing, with those costs included in the price.

If you want specific talent (celebrities, models, influencers, etc.) or have particular assets you would like used, we ask the advertiser or client to arrange and provide them.

Q. Can you produce videos with supplied assets only (no shooting)?

Yes. We can work with existing product photos, video assets or customer testimonial clips you supply. In that case, shooting costs are removed and reflected in the estimate. This pattern is especially popular for EC, D2C and app projects.

Q. How many revisions are included?

Up to 2 script revisions and 1 video revision are included free of charge. Additional revisions may be quoted separately depending on scope. Careful script-stage confirmation minimises the need for large-scale retakes.

Q. Who owns the copyright of the delivered videos?

Upon delivery, copyright including secondary usage rights is transferred to the client. There are no usage restrictions for social posting, ad distribution or website placement. (Except for some BGM / asset license conditions — details provided individually.)

Q. What are the payment terms?

Bank transfer by invoice (net 30 from month-end) is our standard. We also support international wire transfer for overseas clients — please ask during your consultation.
